Refund policy
ONLINE SHOP RETURNS
As our products are personalised and made to order, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. This includes garments with crests, logos and/or initials.
However, if your item is faulty, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, see details below:
Replacement

Any faults or issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.

If the item is found to fall outside our sizing guidelines or has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement.
Refunds

Any faults or issues must be reported by email to Playr-fit customer service team and returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, in new condition, with all original labels attached and in their original packaging.

Once received, we will inspect the item and, if it does not meet our sizing guidelines or a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a refund will be issued.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@playr-fit.com

We reserve the right to reject goods that are not returned in accordance with our guidelines.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised / bespoke items with crests, logos, initials), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
As all of our goods are made to order/bespoke and customised with either a (crest, logo and / or initials), we are unable to accept any exchanges after the goods have been received.
Changes to your order
Should you wish to make changes to your order whilst the online shop is still open, please email us any changes or edits and we will do our best to accommodate the change. Please note that once the online shop is closed, we are unable to make edits/changes to your order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Tolerance size variations for garments:
(Tolerance is the amount of acceptable variation from the specified measurement in our size guides). All garments may vary by 1-2 cm (plus or minus) from our size guides due to all garments being handmade.
