RETURNS

All of our items are bespoke and made to order.  We can only accept defective items as returns.

Any defective item must be returned to us in 30 working days. We will then replace this item if it falls outside of our sizing guidelines or has any defects. 

Online Shop Returns

As these items are personalised and made to order they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If the item is faulty we will offer you a replacement item or refund of order.

All faulty items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item.  Items should be in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to reject goods that are not returned in accordance with our guidelines.
