ONLINE SHOP RETURNS
As our products are personalised and made to order, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. These include garments with crests, logos and/or initials.
However, if your item is faulty, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, see details below:
REPLACEMENT
Any faults or issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the item is found to fall outside our sizing guidelines or has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement.
REFUNDS
Any faults or issues must be reported and returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, in new condition, with all original labels attached and in their original packaging.
Once received, we will inspect the item and, if it does not meet our sizing guidelines or a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to reject goods that are not returned in accordance with our guidelines.
Tolerance size variations for garments:
(Tolerance is the amount of acceptable variation from the specified measurement in our size guides). All garments may vary by 1-2 cm (plus or minus) from our size guides due to all garments being handmade.

We want you to love your mystery jersey! That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

If there was an error with your order, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

If you’d like to exchange your jersey for personal preference (style or team), you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.

Size exchanges: We’ll do our best to match the exact jersey you received, but due to stock limitations, this may not always be possible.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at cs@playr-fit.com or simply reply to your order confirmation email.
Important Notes

One exchange per order: If you request a swap for a different team’s jersey, we can accommodate this only once. Further exchanges will not be accepted.

Jersey condition: Returns must be in their original condition, with all tags attached. We do not accept worn or tagless items.
