Online Shop Returns
If these items are personalised and made to order they cannot be exchanged or refunded. These include garments with crests, logos and/or initials.
If the item is faulty we will offer you a replacement item or refund of order.
Any faulty item must be returned to us in 30 working days. We will then replace this item if it falls outside of our sizing guidelines or has any defects.
We reserve the right to reject goods that are not returned in accordance with our guidelines.

We want you to love your mystery jersey! That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

If there was an error with your order, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

If you’d like to exchange your jersey for personal preference (style or team), you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.

Size exchanges: We’ll do our best to match the exact jersey you received, but due to stock limitations, this may not always be possible.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at cs@playr-fit.com or simply reply to your order confirmation email.
Important Notes

One exchange per order: If you request a swap for a different team’s jersey, we can accommodate this only once. Further exchanges will not be accepted.

Jersey condition: Returns must be in their original condition, with all tags attached. We do not accept worn or tagless items.
