Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

We have a minimum order quantity of 3 per garment when ordering individual items (For example - if you are only ordering a bespoke hoodie for your club or business, you would be required to order a minimum of 3 of this item. This can be a mix of various sizes). This may differ on certain garments such as socks and bobble hats. Online shops do not have a minimum quantity per order.

Where is my order?

Once your online order has been dispatched from our warehouse for delivery you will receive an email that will contain a tracking link. If you have any issues please contact our customer service team at cs@playr-fit.com, or complete the contact form.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your online shop closes, your order will be processed and sent into production. All PLAYR-FIT garments are bespoke and made to order, so please allow 5 weeks to receive your online club order, and 5-6 weeks for any online school or retro orders. Please note that this is 5-6 weeks from when the online shop closes, not from when you have placed your order.

Can I change my order?

To amend your order, please ensure that your online shop is still opened and contact our customer service team requesting any changes. However, once a link closes, unfortunately orders cannot be amended. To contact customer service about this, please reply to your order confirmation email.

Can I design a custom pack?

Yes - You can view our standard pack options here. If you do not see what you are looking for, get in touch and we can build a personalised pack for you. If you are ordering a pack from an online shop, these have already been confirmed with your club/school or organisation contact and changes cannot be made to the packs at this point.

Can I mix adults and kids sizing within packs?

If you are ordering an adults pack, we do allow age 12 and age 13 kids sizing to be included - for anyone who is at that awkward stage of being in between sizes. If you are ordering a kids pack, you cannot add any adults sizing.

Can I return an order?

Can I change my delivery address?

What payment methods are available?

We offer various payment methods online including all major card providers, PayPal and Revolut Pay. For bulk / telephone orders we cannot accept payment over the phone - we can use bank transfer or in-office card payment for these.

Can I personalise my garments?

Yes. Most of our garments allow for initials to be added. In most cases, this is limited to 6 characters. We do also allow for further customisation on sublimated items such as jerseys, where you may also have the option to add numbers, surnames etc. These personalisation options are charged extra accordingly.

How are my orders delivered?

Depending on the set-up of your online shop, we have 2 delivery methods.

Method 1: Collection from Club/School/Organisation

Once we have all of the orders ready for the online shop, we will send these directly to the Club/School/Organisation, who will arrange a date/time for you to collect your order from their chosen premises.

Method 2: Home Delivery

If you have chosen 'Home Delivery' when checking out your online order, your order will be delivered directly to your delivery address. We use DPD Next Day Delivery service, meaning that once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you should expect to receive it the following day. Please be aware that some delays may occur that are out of our control. You can track your order once you have your email confirming the order is on its way. Please refer to the question above 'Where is my order?' for more information.
